Once again, I wanted to participate at a new community project  , and at the same time to develop my art style in doing digital drawings. I was quite surprinsed that I finished this one so quick, since that I'm stuck with the Inktober challenge so far... 

When I saw the word "wizard" and "undergoing an unusual surgical procedure" I couldn't imagine anybody else than Doctor Strange. He fitted this concept the best . However, I'm not a great fan of Lovecraft's writtings, but I informed a little bit about R'lyeh before starting this.
