You deserve to be loved

So... this is the very first drawing from my actual sketchbook. If I remember correctly, I did it last year somewhen in 2016...  and the other drawings were done this year (2017). I began with this concept because I let myself inspired by someone's story (I do such things from time to time ) ). I don't know this fellow personally, just what I've heard about him. It's quite interesting how a person can feel himself/herself complexed if they are rejected by other genre several times. There is the moment when depression strikes, and he just want to give up at many things. That's why I tried to illustrate how rejection feels like. Everybody is looking at themselves in a mirror, but sometimes there come moments when you would rather cover your face somehow.

It was quite complicated and awkward to illustrate how somebody wants to hide his face behind his hand. But still, I have to regocnize that I do like how his defeated and disapointed face turned out. 

However, everybody deserves to be loved by the right persons, especially when it's about to find your soulmate.

I hope your guys like this drawing. In general I try to approach different themes, as you can see in my gallery because for me, sketching/drawing/painting is just a challenge that I cannot refuse sometimes.
